** Irresponsible People

Yes, I do send my clothes to the laundry and yes, I'm lazy to wash my clothes so what? This doesn't mean that the laundry can mess up with my clothes! It's my property and i thought their job is to clean and wash the clothes only? Since when do they destry people's clothes? Wtf.

The other day, I sent my clothes to Port Laundry where I usually send my clothes to and the next day, one of the employee called me and told me that one of my kurung is ruined and by ruined, i thought that the strings are coming out which is bad enough cz strings coming out will literally destroy the shape of it. So they asked me to go to them and discuss what we should do about it. So I was like okay, fine. I'll go and see but this better solve the problem since going out is quite hard for me. No car okay!!

So i went and i saw my kurung with freakin holes! Not one but 4 or 5!! Major WTF! I was stunned and for a minute i was speechless, holding my kurung, looking at the damn holes and mouth wide opened. They (employees) were smiling at my reaction (WTF so irresponsible!) and the only thing they said was "tunggu perempuan dari pihak atasan ya." Iwas like okay but you better be quick or i WAS expecting them to be quick since i am the customer but hell i was wrong. I waited for like 10 minutes! TEN FUCKING MINUTES!!! When the so-called pihak atasan came, she smiled and asked me what should they do. Are you fucking kidding me? She is seriously so stupid that I was attempted to yell at her ears. Wtf.

They promised to look for the same cloth for the kurung and i was like fine. I thought it was over until when i gpt back to my room, i found out that my tracksuit is gone. Wtf. When i was going to make a complain, i found out that 3 of my other kurungs are ruined too. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! This is the worst laundry shop i've ever been. People, DO NOT go to that laundry shop.
